TERP Sign Language Services is a sign language interpreting company providing interpreting services for the deaf for schools, education and court services, as well as interpreting for Spanish families. TERP offer services specific to Sign Language and  are able to serve each client’s individual linguistic need. The language service help client’s with building skill assessments that includes one-to one mentoring, language match consultation, diagnostic bench marking of language structure and employee and training workshops.

Elizabeth E. MacDougall is owner and business manager of the company. She is trilingual and specializes in linguistic interpreting, Spanish/ASL, regionally in the state of Washington. She has been in the field for over twenty five years. Ms. MacDougall graduated from City University of Seattle with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc), Human Resources Management and Services (2002 – 2005). She also studied and had language experiences in Spanish at the Spanish Institute of Puebla; Intensive workshops in interpretation for court work, and trained at the Seattle Central Interpreter Training Program. Ms. McDougall is Former President and served two terms as Secretary of the National Association of the Deaf, member of The Registry of Interpretation of the Deaf; and Washington State Registry Interpretation of the Deaf.

Ms. MacDougall has five children and three grandchildren
